Refund Policy

We want QAClan to be a good fit before you commit. This page explains when a refund is available and how to request one.
Free Plan
QAClan is free for solo users. No payment is taken and there is nothing to refund.
14-Day Refund Window
If you purchase a paid subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds outside this window are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Annual Plans
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within the 14-day window described above. After that period, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term; you can cancel to prevent the next renewal.
Monthly Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you forget to cancel before a monthly renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund the renewal, provided there has been no substantive use of the Service during that renewal period.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include:
- Your account email.
- The Paddle order or invoice number, if you have it.
- A short reason (optional, but helps us improve).
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive, or part of a pattern of repeat refunds, or where the account has been suspended for violating our Terms.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where local law entitles you to a longer refund window or a different remedy, that law prevails.
